- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Providing financial analysis and insights to help drive business strategy and operational improvements.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and the finance team, to provide financial support and guidance.

| Job Requirement: |
- Fluency in Mandarin is required as the role involves communication with clients and counterparts in Taiwan and China.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheet applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
