QA Manager (Customer Service)

Job Description:
  • Organize and oversee the functions of the Quality Department.
  • Lead departmental activities to achieve quality targets.
  • Develop and enhance the competency and capability of department staff.
  • Coordinate company-wide quality activities, ensuring alignment with related departments for achieving quality targets.
  • Support internal quality requirements and manage Customers request activities.
  • Collaborate with the QA Manager on daily internal activities to improve overall quality.
  • Manage and control all processes under their responsibility as per the organizational structure to meet company targets and goals.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and develop Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) to enhance customer-supplier monitoring performance.
  • Coordinate with all departments to address quality issues, including customer complaints and audits.
  • Assist superiors with job-related activities.
  • Execute additional tasks and instructions as assigned by superiors.

 

 

Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Good command of both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (to communicate with counterpart from Taiwan)
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IATF 16949 standards.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team group

Finance Assistant Manager

Job Description:
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making processes.
  • Providing financial analysis and insights to help drive business strategy and operational improvements.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and the finance team, to provide financial support and guidance.
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate submission of financial reports to relevant regulatory bodies.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain of company’s in-house system, such as designing business data collection, reports supporting business function as required.
  • Provides on-going user support, troubleshoot/identifies cause of problems in the deployed applications.
  • Provides and maintains technical documentation for developed applications.
  • Perform IT duties as required.

 

 

Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Experience in software engineering and application management function over a diverse set of platforms and Strong knowledge in ASP.NET Core MVC web development, MVC architecture in Java, Oracle PLSQL, SQL Server TSQL.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).

Assistant Engineer (Radiation Protection Officer cum Fire System Lead)

Job Description:
  • Monitor radiation levels and ensure compliance with standards regulations from AELB.
  • Implement and enforce radiation protection policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular radiation safety training for staff and management.
  • Perform radiation risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversee the inspection, maintenance, and testing of fire safety systems, including alarms, extinguishers, sprinklers, and emergency exit routes.
  • Ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and standards.
  • Respond promptly to fire or radiation-related emergencies, coordinating safety measures and reporting incidents.
  • Conduct regular fire drills and emergency preparedness training for employees.
  • Keep records of radiation safety checks, fire system inspections, and related maintenance.

 

 

Job Requirement:
  • At least a Diploma Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Competency in Radiation Protection (from AELB) is a MUST.
  • Strong understanding of radiation safety regulations and fire safety standards (Bomba).
  • Ability to conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills to educate staff and report incidents.
  • Experience in managing or coordinating emergency drill is a plus.

Design Engineer / Supervisor (CAM Editing)

Job Description:
  • Customer Original Data Control: Manage and maintain accuracy in handling customer-provided data.
  • Original Data Conversion: Convert customer data into formats suitable for further processing.
  • Design Rule Check: Perform thorough checks to ensure compliance with design rules and standards.
  • Film Editing: Edit films to meet design and production requirements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided).
  • Proven experience in digital file editing, preferably in the context of PCB manufacturing or related industries.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software tools for file editing and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with PCB design principles and manufacturing processes is a plus.
