SUPER THICK COPPER PWB

Inner layer copper thickness 200 μm or more possible supports large current.

FLEXLAYER (Multilayer Flexible PWB)

Thin total PWB thickness.

FPH (Flat Plug Hole) PRINTED WIRING BOARD

Perform permanent filling and lid plating in the through hole and it becomes a printed wiring board corresponding to high density mounting.

LASER BUILD-UP PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD

With the laser build-up structure, it becomes a printed wiring board that can be thinned and downsized.
